Electivire doesn't have enough usage in NU or PU to get into either tier. It is in untiered because it has no usage anywhere.

did anyone do at least a draft of a Melmetal write-up that I can read somewhere?
Recently, I've been having some success with Bulk Up Buzzwole. The set is something like this:
Buzzwole @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
Bulk Up
Leech Life
Drain Punch
Stone Edge / Dual Wingbeat
Works well against:
Rillaboom
Ferro
Zapdos (with Stone Edge)
Slowbro
TTar
Shifu (with Dual Wingbeat)

I don't think this set works as Buzzwole has no speed investment, can be easily threatened out by any special attacker in the tier even with speed investment and there's no recovery, which means Buzzwole gets overwhelmed by things it should check anyway. Zapdos naturally outspeeds and threatens it with Hurricane or Heat Wave - both very common moves and Slowbro threatens it out with Future Sight or Scald. The Bulk Up set from SMOU still works but overall Defensive 3 attacks + Roost/Choice Scarf are the most consistent sets to run, depending on the team of course.
that would be for the c&c reservation thread. unfortunately, this is already done and while it is incredibly outdated the c&c forum mods have already said that theyll touch up on it at a later date. sorry!
I've noticed that a lot of sets have not been updated? Is there any way I could help? I am familiar with multiple pokemon and a good editor.
